Mclaren Vale

If the grapevine is to believed, I'd trodden on the only state that's freely settled & instead of a convict settlement.South OZ,Mclaren Vale is the place that I 've been this time. Breathing taking & undulating landscape is simply a breeze along the highway. An exhilarating route with hundreds or thousands of fruits trees, wheat fields are rarely seen in the country where I am from.

For The Way It's Made

Half a year ago, my posted blog under "Longing For" came true finally. Apparently, the chronicle of longing-for began a fortnight ago.

A 500 miles journey from east to the west coast, day & night driving did sound a mockery of today's banking facilities where one can always pay and use on-line system & the convenient of courier service all at the comfort of our home.

Upon assuring the model, colour of my choice with the importer located outskirt of K.L. who has the ready stock & attractive price tag, I had made my way there. Satelite Navigation did wonders. My trip to destination was indeed a breeze. One cannot imagine how much valuable time would have spent & lost without someone who is familiar with route. The intricacy city' s motorways and a complex network of roads can take non-city dwellers for a ride.
Frankly speaking, apart from the price tag, I am paying more for the costs incurred as a result of recalcitrant. Perhaps my spontaneity justified it and for the way it's made !

New Year 's Resolution

Having a longer break from work especially over a month hence this was relatively normal to be a little slack when return to reality. In the midst of Monsoon Season where the weather throughout the month & the next few months are more likely to be wet & long-winded rains, my first day of work for 2010 season has been greeted with long-hour of downpours.

Anyway, the vacation that I just had virtually went well besides some glitches that encountered. I have set a goal & could be cream de la cream resolution that's "Zero Deficit"

It Is!

The long-planned trip down to Down Under finally came & starting at 10am today. I live in the east coast of Malaysia hence in order to get to LCCT , I have to start up much earlier than my compatriots since the land-journey to the airport take me for ages. City folks e.g. K.L., Klang-Valley,Seremban or The Historical Malacca take merely 1 or2 hour to get there but I will have to take more than 8 hours since travelling by coach to KL & transfer by airport bus though.

The air-ride is about 6.5 hour but the land transfer and waiting could take up to half a day. Well, I will meet up with a close relative in K.L. this evening enroute to Australia. Frankly speaking, it's nice to meet someone whom you have not seen for so long. Well-wishing me and sending me off.

Supposingly, I should have another appointment but since it had neither pre-arranged nor promised,I reckoned I would have to give it a miss in light of time-constrained. Probably, will re-arranged later in November.

See you there!

Southern Exposure

Southern Exposure
The scorching and humid of tropical climate where I live for the past thirty over years would see how well my body can acclimatize to the changes. Ultimately, our super conscious mind would make the adaption naturally. However, believe it or not, not everyone can get used to the wind of change so quickly.
Many years ago, I had a bout of flu and from husky turned into hoarse voice out of the blue as soon as I arrived and treaded into Europe. It was during Fall Season, sometime late in October. Is my very first time exposure to such a sudden weather changed. Vast different! From 32-34 degree Celsius with high humidity in my country nearer to equator, it dips suddenly to brass monkey 2 or 6 Celsius and less humid.
With the wisdom of hindsight, for the past weeks I have started to monitor the temperature of the country that I am visiting via internet Yahoo or Goggle weather forecast at least I know what's the weather going to be or like during my stay. Quite a favorable and comfy weather I supposed after seeing it. This is to contradict to Europe since its location is Southern Hemisphere. Oh Yes! Oh Yes! Is Spring.
From the mouth of seasoned travelers to Australia, many had remarked that the right-time would probably sometime between March to July or perhaps August where we could get the delightable temperature & atmosphere favored by many Asian visitors may it be leisure or business.
Since I have chosen this route , got to get going and complete it.
(If time is on my side, my trip will be updated with latest happenings)

Excess Baggage

Excess Baggage
The every first thing that come to my senses are these product: Cottee’s & IXL jams, SCS Butter, Arnott’s biscuit, The Real McCoy, Hungry Jack, Red Roaster, Country Road &the list goes on…….
To me, Down Under will certainly beckons since it will be my inaugural trip. I am still negotiating the kind of clothes that should bring and number of pieces. In contrast, stuff like these can be reasonable cheap in South East Asia, expectedly rock bottom or a fraction of the cost. Another thing that I need to be cautioned is the weigh. Since the airline of my choice does not really provide any baggage allowance apart from the only hand-luggage that would probably hinder me from carrying extra .The one that always bugging me that’s ” Every Kilo Counts” &” The More You Carry The More You Pay”, these should be the best reminder slogans that I could think of .
Next, what clothes to bring? Jumper, jacket or glove etc…
The suitcase that I had is already burdening me with many kilos of weigh. Thus, I always have to be on guard of the additional weight that might come as a result of shopping spree since my kids at home are eagerly waiting for the souvenirs from dad. I wouldn't let them down this time around.

Nurture Our Hidden Nature Talent

The tendency of nurturing our children initiated right from the mother’s womb. To love them, be responsible parents and sheer commitment all come very naturally.
Ultimately, feeding them, giving clothes and protection is the three requisite of the parents’ onus. These are simply not sufficient to raise them up to cope with our rat-race, demanding, challenging and fast-changing world.
Every child waiting in the wings, has his own unique and untapped talent .As the idioms saying “One man’s meat is another man’s poison “illustrates that different person may have different liking. Should one that failed in his academic, this doesn’t indicating the end or failure of his life. One may not has the capability to do well in certain field but may be yielded excellently and flying colors in other areas for instant in music, sports and so on.
Many of our ancestors are probably not even finished their year 3 or totally illiterate have been so successful throughout their life by building their business empires and branching out to the world.
Undeniably, the fundamental of education is foremost & should not be neglected. Discovery a child’s potential is the first thing we should do rather than watching the grass grow.
